Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of products sold in our shop, we do not accept returns.

You can cancel an order that hasn't shipped and receive a refund.

We don't issue refunds for audiobooks or ebooks.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Note that any claims of damaged books not consistent with damage commonly occurring during transit will not be eligible for replacement or refunds.

You have 14 days after the order is received to submit a claim. Any claims submitted after 14 days of receipt will not be entitled to replacements or refunds.
